4. Reduce Stress

You can do it in various ways, such as taking regular breaks from work/school, participating in physical activity, getting enough sleep, and engaging in relaxation activities. It is also essential to stay organized, manage time, and have realistic goals. Managing stress is further enhanced through the reduction of caffeine and alcohol consumption and the increase of healthy eating and hydration.

5. Engage With Friends and Family

Spend quality time with friends and family by attending dinner or a social or cultural event. Connect in person and through technology, like Facetime and phone calls. Commit to activities together, like taking a class or playing a game.
